本中心於2020年委請國立政治大學圖書館建置之「東南亞研究特藏」。

東南亞海域是亞洲世界、阿拉伯世界和西方世界重要的文化互動管道，位於印度洋和南海航路間，是商業貿易與文化思想交流的中樞，也是華人人口集中第三大之處，經在地化以後形成獨立於中、港、台之外的另類華人文化圈。

此特藏於國立政治大學圖書館內。

The “Special Collection of Southeast Asian Studies” was commissioned by CCS to National Chengchi University Library in 2020.

Southeast Asia was and remain an important cross-cultural interaction channel between the Asian world, the Arab world and the Western World. It is also the center of commercial trade, cultural exchanges, and also the third largest concentrated area of Chinese population. It forms its own alternative Chinese culture unique of China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The collection is currently in the library of National Chengchi University
